The personal information we store is a guest’s full name, DOB, gender, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information for the purpose of executing all lodging reservation work, sending replies and information to guests, and at those times when we deem it necessary to contact guests.

No stored personal information will be shown or given to third parties without the guest’s consent, except when required by law. There are times when some personal information may be entrusted to external vendors in order to raise the service quality of this hotel and plan the accommodation of guests, but at such times we instruct and supervise the company in the appropriate management of information.
