Extraordinary Relaxation of Bathing in Natural Hot Spring in the Airport
New Chitose Airport Onsen is a salt spring.
The hot spring’s salt content remains on the body after bathing to prevent sweat evaporation, which has a high moisturizing function, offers an excellent moisture-retaining property, and is generally called Netsu no Yu (hot spring water).
Bathing will promote blood circulation and will be effective for cuts, burns, physically weak children such as chronic skin diseases, and chronic feminine problems.
The pH value is 8, which is mildly alkaline. This is the reason it is called the “Hot Spring of Beauty.”

Usage Guide
Our hotel guests can use the facility without charge (*usually, 2,600 yen).
Please pick up an admission card at the hotel’s Front Desk before going.
The New Chitose Airport Onsen is a five-minute walk from the Air Terminal Hotel.

Usage Time
10：00～22：45 / 5：00～8：00（Final entrance:7：30）
It may not be available during hot springs.
Please note.
* For hotel guests, by 23:00 due to the closing time of New Chitose Airport
Please return to the hotel.
* You cannot move inside the airport from 23:00 to 5:00.
Precautions
- You cannot use the facility before check-in and after checkout.
- Bringing drinks and food is strictly prohibited.
- Persons with tattoos or stickers resembling tattoos associated with organized crime groups, persons who are inebriated, and persons with pets are strictly prohibited from entering the onsen.
- For the sake of hygiene management, please refrain from allowing a child wearing a diaper from using the bath.
- Regarding the use of the large bath by 7 years old or older, boys will use the large bath for men, and girls will use the large bath for women.
- Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the facility alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please note that if you need to pay for something at New Chitose Airport Onsen, it cannot be charged to your room.
