お客様各位エアターミナルホテルをご予約いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
この度、ご予約されたお客様に対して悪意のある何者かによりフィッシングサイトへ誘導するメッセージが配信されたことが確認されております。
弊社では、メールやチャット機能を用いて、お客様のクレジットカード情報やお支払いを要求することは行っておりません。お客様におかれましては、メッセージに記載されておりますURLへは不用意にアクセスしないようお願いいたします。
原因については現在調査中でございますが、万が一フィッシングサイトにてカード情報を入力してしまった場合は、恐れ入りますがカード会社や金融機関へご連絡いただき利用停止処理をお願いいたします。

[Important Notice] Regarding Fraudulent Emails from Certain Reservation Sites
To Our Valued Guests
Thank you for choosing Air Terminal Hotel.
We have recently confirmed that some guests who made reservations at our hotel have received fraudulent messages from an unauthorized third party directing them to a phishing website.
Please be advised that we will never request your credit card information or payment via email or chat. We strongly advise you not to access any URLs or links contained in suspicious messages.
We are currently investigating the cause of this incident. If you have accessed a phishing website and entered your credit card information, please contact your credit card issuer or financial institution immediately and request that your card be suspended or blocked.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
